Kollywood flick Vettai, starring Madhavan and Arya in the lead, will hit screens on December. It was earlier announced by the team that the flick would hit screens in 2012 for Pongal. The shooting of the flick has been on progress since the beginning of the year. The flick has Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul as female leads. The story is set in Thoothukudi. Madhavan appears as a cop. Sameera plays the love interest of Madhavan in the flick. The music of the flick is directed by Yuvan Shankar Raja
